Audit/Finance
Committee
Duties: Monitor,
advise, and make
recommendations to the Board regarding all aspects of financial
planning and financial management of the corporation
Governance
Committee
Duties: Oversee
the governance strategy of the
corporation, assess and evaluate Board performance, and monitor and
assess risk within the corporation
Human
Resources Committee
Duties:
Oversee the human
resources strategy of the corporation, assess and evaluate the
CEO’s performance, administer the Board-CEO relationship, and
review the CEO’s proposals for annual or contractual
compensation
& training guidelines for personnel
Interim Board Housing
Committee
Duties:
Bring forward policy,
goals, objectives, actions, engagement, and process recommendations to
the Board relating to housing initiatives
